POSITION: Integration and Performance Lead
Primary Site: Stratford
Temporary Full-Time

POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting, primarily to the HPHA’s Manager of Quality Improvement, the Integration Lead is responsible for providing support to the HPHA’s management team with planning expertise in order to drive and assist in the implementation of structures, frameworks, and efficiencies in a complex health system. Conducts and in some cases leads planning or delivery initiatives aligned to key priorities, makes recommendation son projects, and leads and supports service delivery related activates based on complexity. This position coordinates and ensures communication between key players both internally and externally as well provides technical expertise using project management skills, development of work plan, evaluation and measures of success.

REPORTS TO: Manager, Quality Improvement

DATE REQUIRED: As Soon As Possible

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Post-secondary or bachelor’s degree in health administration, health planning, business administration, research or relevant fields or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Project Management and Lean Certification

EXPERIENCE:
- Project management experience including Lean projects
- Experience working collaboratively driving project work forward to successful outcomes
- Well-developed computer skills, including knowledge of MediTech and Microsoft Office programs
- Microsoft Project an asset

ABILITIES:
- Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, organizational and planning skills.
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to analyze, synthesize and present complex data and information to inform and support decision making by the leadership team
- Collaborative approach to achieving desired outcomes
- Coaching and mentoring skills
- Understanding of continuous quality improvement tools and methodologies
- High level of initiative and self-direction
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Ability to support evidence informed decision making
- Ability to assist with any potential structural and operational changes supporting provincial movements towards Ontario Health Teams.
- Able to develop, in conjunction with Program Directors and Managers materials as required
- Ability to evaluate program initiatives to ensure intended outcomes are being achieved
- Creating and managing constructive relationships with managers to effectively align performance expectations within the projects.
