What will you do?
- Your focus will be on the administrative and organizational processes to support the team and leadership in all construction related matters
- You will be part of the construction and design team
- You will assist in the creation, coordination and administration of systems and processes to achieve the company’s real estate strategy goals
- You will support the following areas: document management, development and pre-construction stage, construction stage and finance
What do you need to have?
- At least 3 years experience in a corporate office environment
- Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, knowledge in MS Project preferred
- Previous administrative and project management experience in construction preferred
