Job Description
The Regional Director leads and manages all activities of store management team for a geographic region to ensure sales growth as well as maximizing profits and minimum investment

• Leads and trains the regional store management team; coaches, mentors and motivates to insure company sales and profitability goals are achieved.
• Communicates changing policies and procedures to the store management team and ensures implementation and compliance with the company’s policy and procedures.
• Works closely with the store management team and store controller to monitor and protect the company’s assets. Looks for ways to improve the utilization of the company assets.
• Communicates and manages implementation of the company's sales and marketing programs in the assign region; may include technical training programs, credit card programs, advertising and other sales initiatives.
• Works with sales management to maintain a consistent sales effort in each store location.
• Promotes the company's culture and sets example consistent with company's image.
• Visits, builds and maintains relationships with key customers in the region; resolves serious customer concerns.
• Ensures company assets are being utilized to generate a return consistent with the company's guidelines; manages and monitors company capital expenditure process; evaluate necessity of moving, merging or closing stores and communicates with executive management on such matters.
• Works with store management team to develop and assemble an annual profit plan consistent with the company's standards.

• Demonstrated progressive and successful store operations management experience.
• Experience should include management of a district or region with multiples stores in a large geographic area.
• Experience with developing and management of budget.
• Above average Management and leadership skills.  Able to motivate and persuade others and recognize potential in people.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results against established business targets.
• Good organization, and communication skills
• Basic Computer Skills
