Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent Customer Service
  • Maintain high quality standards for all Customer Service interactions
  • Basic data entry and use of tablet technology
  • Build rapport with a variety of customers
  • Provide detailed information regarding our clients
  • Professionally represent our company
  • Uphold company values and philosophy
  • Attend in-office meetings
  • Report to Office Manager
  • Collaborate with peers

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, at the minimum
  • Customer Service/Sales/Marketing experience an asset but not required
  • Must be 18+ years of age
  • Fluent in both written and verbal English
  • Legally permitted to work in Canada
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Possess a positive attitude and professional demeanor
