We are seeking an enthusiastic, skilled and team orientated sous chef to help lead the kitchen at our seasonally guided, wine country casual restaurant. We are looking for a strong leader to deliver on brand, consistent, locally sourced menus across a busy summer season.

The ideal applicant should have the following qualifications.

  • Successfully completed a formal chef training program
  •  3+ years experience running kitchens
  • Be confident in all sections and comfortable executing high volume services.
  • Have a passion for food
  • A One Team One Dream mentality
  • The ability to lead, mentor and develop their team are essential.
