Our client in Toronto, is seeking a Relationship Manager in their General Insurance department in Personal Lines.  This position will require you to think outside the box and be creative to give clients a unique and innovative feel for the industry. This opportunity allows for growth within the brokerage and a broad range of collaboration among team members.  You will be working with an innovative team to broaden the landscape of the insurance industry today!

Responsibilities:

Foster a culture within the  team that demonstrates the brand and mindset of the organization
Develop and implement an effective sales strategy for PL insurance
Active and regular engagement client base in the personal insurance segment
Willingness to participate in the strategy and business planning of the organization
Contact existing clients for follow up
Meet monthly targets as determined by organization
Cross sell per predefined target
Referrals per predefined target

Administration

  • RIBO certification in good standing
  • Maintenance of client profiles - accuracy 
  • Compliance of all requirement 
  • Participation in all staff and client meetings
  • Adhere to all standards and policies as set forth by the organization
  • Continuous development from a professional standpoint - growth
  • Product and market presentations both Internally and externally
  • Participation in Webinars
  • Retention on all Client policies in PL
  • Percentage of clients with multiple products – cross sell target
  • Increased policies written vs. cancelled policies
  • Customer feedback, satisfaction, referral and renewal
