Our team is recognized through the Growth 500 ranking for the last two years as one of Canada’s fastest growing companies, and we are currently seeking a Site Supervisor reporting to the Construction Manager, for our General Contractor’s department. 

 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Complete various construction tasks- basic carpentry, drywall, demolition, etc.
  • Supervise, schedule and manage subcontractors and production staff as required, consult blueprints, designs and client instructions for project plans
  • Complete required administrative functions essential to projects
  • Lead projects and ensure efficiency within project team
  • Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety Act and Regulations for Construction projects, as well as company and project policies/procedures

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience as Site Supervisor in mid-rise or high-rise commercial build
  • Construction, experience
  • Understand and interpret blueprints
  • Valid class G driver's license
  • Acceptable driving record
  • Able to complete a police background check
  • Supply basic personal carpentry tools
  • Available to work scheduled after hours shifts in order to meet the needs of our clients
