Job Title: Office Administrator/ Dispatcher
Job Type: Temporary
Location: Kingston
Shift/Hours: 7:00am – 3:00pm
Pay rate: $18.00/hr

Assignment Information

We are looking for an Office Administrator/Dispatcher who can coordinate with the daily Pick - Up & Delivery Fleet team in the Kingston area.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Oversee the day- to day operations of the dispatch department
  • Make sure the services meets the needs of the consumers
  • Review operational efficiencies and make the necessary changes to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Communicate with other departments in order resolve service issues

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a dispatch environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem - solving skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills in English (Bilingual in French is an asset)
  • Must have strong knowledge of MS Office including Excel and Word
  • Diploma in Business Administration is an asset
