Our growing dealership is looking for a full-time Hand-over Specialist to join our busy Sales team. The Hand-over Specialist is responsible for the full cycle Personalized Hand-Over of new, CPO, and Jaguar Land Rover and off brand vehicles.

Duties include:

  • Maintain Jaguar Land Rover training and certification standards of new products, features, accessories, and their benefits to customers
  • Assist with organizing customer gifts, vehicle unveiling and special arrangements with Sales Person before hand-over
  • Guide customers through the Personalized and comprehensive vehicle orientation setting up all technologies, features and options tailored to the individual customer's predetermined needs and preferences.
  • Arrange and manage Encore appointments and scheduling
  • Maintain a Customer Relationship Management system with Salesperson

Qualifications include:

  • High school diploma or the equivalent
  • Valid BC driver's license with abstract in good standing with ICBC
  • Must become VSA certified within 60 days of hire
  • Spoken second language a strong asset
