Immediate PERMANENT opportunity for a Bilingual  Administrative Assistant looking for a career.  

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Receive customers, visitors and callers to the office
  • Manage all incoming calls
  • Deal with queries from customers
  • Provide general administration and clerical support
  • Administrative duties including document review, filing, photocopying, printing etc
  • Support accounting department when needed 

Candidate MUST:

  • Have excellent communication skills with a minimum of 1 year administrative experience
  • Must be dependable and hard working
  • Be fluently Bilingual
