We are looking for dedicated, focused, and committed professionals to become our latest Junior Client Account Representatives. This is an entry-level position that will reward hard working individuals with experience, opportunities, and a wide range of professional and personal rewards. As a Junior Client Account Representative, you are tasked with participating in the development and implementation of strategies that target specific market segments to bring about widespread brand awareness and heightened customer loyalty. 

You do not need to have prior knowledge, experience, or employment in this sector to excel. Our immersive training and mentorship initiatives provide all of our team members with the knowledge and hands-on skill development that ensures they are able to offer excellent, informed services. Position Components:

  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our current and upcoming clients 
  • Offer professional, accurate public representation of our clients
  • Provide useful information and answer customer requests and inquiries 
  • Think critically about existing processes and apply problem-solving skills to improve strategies 
  • Identify areas of improvement and participate in developing resolution initiatives 
  • Discuss progress and offer insights at regular board meetings 

Requirements and Skills:

  • Ability to communicate clearly, proficiently, and professionally
  • Demonstrate time management and efficiency skills
  • Comfortable meeting with and speaking face-to-face with customers
  • Thrive in a team setting and individually 
  • Goal-oriented mindset 
  • Previous relevant experience is an asset but is not required 
  • 18+ years of age
