We are looking for a customer-oriented Customer Service Associate to assist our clients. The Customer Service Associate's objective is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction 
  • Build and maintain relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies 
  • General administrative duties
  • Other duties as required 
Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years old or older 
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team 
  • Self-starter 
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized and the ability to multi-task
