We are currently hiring a full time Corporate Travel Specialist in our Toronto or Vancouver office.

Key Responsibilities 

  1. Comply and adhere to all corporate company travel policies and requirements.
  2. Action all queues and calls from travel assistants and travelers.
  3. Manage all air/hotel/car/ground transportation booking.
  4. Manage all corporate crew movement.
  5. Process all tickets including refunds and exchanges on a timely manner.
  6. Ensure all mid-office accounting data is processed accurately.
  7. Process all online bookings.
  8. Process all Airpass bookings and upgrades.
  9. Work directly with airlines/hotels/car companies when required.

Skills and Experience

  • Proficient on Amadeus
  • Minimum 3 years corporate travel experience
  • Able to handle the day-to-day travel needs of corporate accounts
  • Proven customer service and sales aptitude
  • Excellent oral and written skills
  • Ability to work shifts
  • Ability to work independently
  • Must be TICO certified
