Position Title: Air Package Pricing Coordinator
Position Type: Full-time
Reporting to: Air Operations Manager

The Air Package Pricing Coordinator will be reporting to the Air Operations Manager and working within the Air
department to quote and assist in all air requests made from Land departments within Goway.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Updating all Air/Land packages if necessary.
2. Editing all text on air/land package pages ( correct if necessary)
3. Upload specials on Air/land pages.
4. Quote General/Product managers airfares for marketing.
5. Answer questions regarding Air contracts
6. Daily re-price all air/land packages on
7. Notify Product managers about air great air deals (seat sales)
8. Guide Product Managers with missed opportunities ( Business class, Premium Economy, upsell deals)
9. Ensure all rules governing air/land packages are valid and up to date
10. Work closely updating Goway Air trainer on missed or new policies that may affect future hires.
11. Back-up staff Travel if needed.
12. Assist with AirHelp if needed.
13. Contract loading/updating

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: 

  • Strong working Knowledge of Travelbox and GDS.
  • Understand how to fare construct using net, published, and private fares within Air database, GDS, and TBX
  • A strong working knowledge of Amadeus
  • Understands Air/Land package work and flow
  • Strong knowledge of airline routings
  • World geography familiarity
  • Superior customer service skills (Internal)
