Career minded people need apply!! We are actively recruiting for a well rounded Administrative Assistant to support a busy manufacturing company in Mississauga.

A sneak peek of what your day will include and the skills you bring to work:
  • Answer & direct calls in  a professional manner
  • Enter invoicing into the house program
  • Complete waybills, Purolator slips and prepare for pick up
  • Responsible for the coordination and purchase of all office supplies and MRO, cross checking deliveries and invoices to ensure ordered supplies are received and accounted for.
  • Assisting with the administrative needs of various departments
  • Knowledge of Quick books, creating sales orders, packing slips & invoices.
  • Knowledge of accounting (accounts Payable/Receivable)
  • Attention to detail and the ability to take direction from multiple sources.                                                    
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to problem solve, multitask, decision make; prioritize and cope with frequent interruptions and deadline

This is a contract to hire position.

We pay weekly with compensation between $18-19.50 /hr.
