Customer Service Representative - Bilingual English / French - Work from home

About the Position:

Please note that this is a work from home position for the duration of the Covid-19 situation and candidates may be required to work onsite at the Montreal office when the situation stabilizes at the request of management and operational needs.

In this position, you will:

  • Answer calls and direct customer calls as required
  • Work collaboratively with your team
  • Use computers and software to access customer information and add information as necessary
  • Assist customers with questions and concerns. Escalate as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Work to stay updated on latest company knowledge and information
  • Make customers happy

 

Ideally, we are looking for applicants:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Possess a flexible schedule. We have shifts 24/7
  • Graduated from high school or possess a GED
  • Excellent English speakers and/or bilingual in English/French
