Open Role: B2B Sales Representative – – Home Based

 

We are seeking a professional hard working, smart sales representatives to call businesses across the country from your home office and introduce our services of Recruiting and Job Postings.

This is a B2B sale. You are calling on Directors of Talent Acquisition and Recruiting, Owners, Presidents, HR Managers etc.

This is a performance-based opportunity, meaning you get paid for the sales you make. There is NO base salary. You need to be able to sustain yourself for 3 months with little to no income while you build your client base.

You can be earning $8,000 per month by your 3rd month. Depending on your performance you will earn $30,000 to $300,000 per year+ all while working from home. This is a reoccurring sales and revenue stream business. No Traffic, work from your home office.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Search out companies that are hiring
  • Review their carer pages to see the # and types of jobs they hire for
  • Call the company, find person in charge and introduce yourself and the company
  • Start the conversation with do you have any hiring challenges?
  • Discus our services that will assist them
  • Provide pricing, and follow up
  • Close the sales and complete sales paperwork
  • Perform 20-60 calls per day
  • Goal is 4 + new sales weekly and building your reoccurring client base
  • Average sale approximately $1,200 to $15,000

 About the Role:

You will be selling to businesses of all sizes locally, regionally, across the country and across North America.

It will be your responsibility to ask about their hiring challenges and provide solutions

The majority of your sales will take place over the phone. You need to be enthusiastic, engaging, able to navigate different personalities, be quick on your feet and be a closer.

Working from your home office you will work independently to contact prospective clients and manage accounts to further develop relationships and create sales opportunities. You will be supported by a Sales Manager and engage with your sales team at weekly team meetings to celebrate successes and formulate plans to overcome obstacles. 

Requirements:

Our sales team members come from many different backgrounds and there is no one perfect fit to be successful. Our ideal sales representatives will have:

  • Previous experience in any of these disciplines – Sales, Job Postings, Classifieds, Help Wanted, ATS, Recruiting, Software Sales, Staffing and or general business knowledge.
  • Previous work from home sales experience and shown self discipline to be at work each day on-time.
  • Experience making outbound calls whether in a customer service or sales capacity
  • An outgoing, personable attitude
  • Strong interpersonal skills and enjoy helping people to solve problems. We are a solutions provider; we solve problems for our clients' recruitment technology needs
  • High level computer skills
  • Previous experience using a CRM is highly desirable
  • A late model computer with high speed internet and preferably double monitors or a laptop plus a monitor.

 We Offer:

High commission rates - NO CAP on earnings. If you have the ability to sell, you'll make more with us than anywhere else.

We offer excellent flexibility; You will be telecommuting from your own home. Make your own schedule but we need a minimum 32 hours weekly and really looking for 40 hours plus! No restrictions on territory.

We provide an online CRM, lead generation, support, phone system as part of online CRM and a great team to fully support you and make sure clients you sell are very happy.
