Our client is actively seeking an Automotive Parts Manager, possessing a Journeyman Parts certification, to manage staff and oversee inventory. We are looking for applicants with over 5 years of experience in the role with strong customers service skills and a passion for sales.
Your Tasks:
- Reviewing and assigning tasks for staff members
- Overseeing inventory and managing budgets
- Recording and completing all orders in a timely fashion
- Maintaining and exceeding sales targets
- Reviewing returns from customers
- Hiring employees and onboarding them
- Providing customers with topnotch services
We Require:
- Possession of a Journeyman Parts certification
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Background in customer service & sales is a major asset
