Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative - RIBO License

About the Company:

We are an independent, privately-owned and operated, Insurance Brokerage running successfully for over 30 years. We have over 10,000 clients who rely on our personal and commercial line services and expertise.

The Personal Lines Insurance Broker is someone who possesses a RIBO license and will provide clients with insurance advice and solutions. To be considered, you must have a minimum 3 years of experience in the role.

What your tasks will be:

  • Offer clients with phenomenal services
  • Manage renewals, policy changes, claims, and other services
  • Responsible for endorsements and respond to all customer inquiries promptly
  • Obtain referrals to new clients and retain them as permanent clients
  • Create long-term relationships with current clients
  • Aim to meet sales goals

What we are looking for:

  • Current RIBO license in good standing
  • At least 3 years of Personal Lines insurance experience with clients
  • Prior experience with insurance software; TAM and/or Epic
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and keep track of multiple workloads
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Expert Microsoft Office skills
