Maintenance Mechanic

Unlicensed Mechanic/Packaging Mechanic

$32.45 per hour + Shift premiums

8 hour shifts, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

• Perform major and minor adjustments to equipment in a reasonable timeframe.
• Perform all maintenance on plant equipment in a safe manner, ensure equipment and machines are clean and in good working order, follow GMP.
• Troubleshoot and fix mechanical problems
• Set up of equipment in an efficient manner.
• Maintain a variety of mechanical equipment both corrective and preventative maintenance.
• Perform equipment / system improvements as well as research and test new equipment, complete all maintenance record keeping and ensure all related information is available.

Requirements:

• A good understanding of the mechanical and electrical components
• 3+ years working experience with mechanical, electrical (including set-up, adjustments, and troubleshooting)
• College education or license in electro-mechanical, electronics, or electrical controls preferred
• A good understanding of how to use a CMMS and LOTO safety

Shifts & Wages:

• $32.45 per hour + Shift premiums
• Afternoon shift (2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.)
• Night shift (10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.).

• Afternoon shift premium at $ 0.75 per hour

• Night shift premium at $ 1.20 per hour
