Role Overview

We currently have the following career opportunity for a Machine Operator - Manufacturing in Saskatoon, SK.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Machine Operator is responsible to set up, calibrate and operate the machine. The Machine Operator performs quality control inspections on production as per Company specifications. 

Rotating shifts - 2 weeks of day shift - 8am to 8pm, 2 weeks of night shift - 8pm to 8am

Responsibilities Include:

• Operates machine producing quality product meeting Company Specifications.
• Changes machine dies as required for production.
• Maintains machine in a clean condition and performs routine maintenance.
• Determines and corrects complex machine malfunctions.
• Assists with training other machine operators and material handlers.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some experience in a manufacturing environment an asset.
• Mechanically inclined.
• Must be a team player willing to take direction and suggest efficiencies.
• Ability to safely operate power equipment.
• Ability to understand metric and imperial measurements.
