We are looking for a bookkeeper with at least a minimum 5 years experience. The right candidate for this role must be flexible and a team player. We are located at our Downtown Head Office in Toronto (in the downtown core).

Job Description:
- Payables (all company expenses, bills rent)
- Commissions payouts (every 15th of the month and quarterly by percentages % -commissions various )
- Forward contracts -rollover, netting,
- Forward contracts -Margine calls
- In house FX system- (change posting dates/reverse deals)
- In house system-post trades/ reverse trades.
- Dealing with traders/sales peoples request on a daily basis.
- Reimbursement for staff expenses/ owners co. expense visas.
- Daily check at the end of the business day for outstanding trades(Deal Blotter-in house program ) email advise assigned trader or sales people
- Deal with part owner on a daily basis re market positions or the forward contracts.
- Print every end of month reports (for both partners as per their request)
- Print profit reports
Requirements:
- FX knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Proper phone etiquette skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Multitasking skills
- Foreign Exchange knowledge it a must
Salary
- 60k-85k depending on experience
- Excellent benefits package
Working hours:
- Hybrid working model (training period 4 days at the office probationary period)
