CNC Machinist

Company Overview:

Our company has been in the business of custom precision CNC machining since 1979. We are known for machining custom parts to high tolerances for manufacturers in the oil and gas, lumber, and marine industries across Canada and the USA.

We are currently looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for the duties outlined below.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Programming and setup of CNC machining centers and CNC lathes.
• Providing detailed setup sheets and tool lists.
• Running first articles and performing measurements.
• Making offset adjustments as necessary.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum three years of experience in CNC lathes and machining centers (vertical).
• Red Seal certification preferred.
• Proficient in CNC programming.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
