Role Overview:

  • Lead a team delivering HIM services, including registration, records management, health informatics, and business process redesign.
  • Drive integrated care and high-quality service delivery.
  • Manage complex projects, stakeholder relationships, and HIM service contracts.
  • Advance healthcare transformation through people, processes, and technology.

 

Salary: $116,591 - $145,739 (based on education, training, and experience).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in health information science or related discipline.
  • 7+ years of HIM experience.
  • Proven leadership and change management skills.
  • CCHIM certification is an asset.
