 Roles & Responsibilities:

• Install and repair electrical systems in residential and multifamily buildings
• Read and interpret blueprints, and translate them into laying out buildings
• Splice, install, and wire ceiling fans, smoke alarms, pot lights, outlets, switches, and fixtures

• Work on low voltage cabling and Lutron lighting control systems

• Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and develop effective solutions
• Communicate effectively with project managers, supervisors, and team members

Qualifications:

• Journeyman red seal license preferred
• Minimum 3 years experience in the residential and multi-family industry 
• Strong understanding of new construction projects
• Strong communication skills
• Valid driver's license
