Job Duties:

• Installation, maintenance, and repair of residential electrical systems and equipment
• Read and interpret blue prints and drawings
• Layout floor plans and buildings
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and make necessary repairs
• Installations of low voltage systems
• Work with other trades on site
• Assign tasks to apprentices below

Qualifications:

• Journeyman Electrical ticket
• 3+ years of experience in the electrical industry
• Multi-family and residential experience
• Strong communication and time management skills for on-site roles
• Valid driver's license
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
