Our client is looking to hire Inbound Customer Service Representatives in Montreal! This is a full-time opportunity at 38.5 hours per week.

To be qualified for this role, you must have excellent English and French-speaking skills (both verbal and written) and be available to work full-time. This is strictly a customer service role with no sales.  Responsibilities include communication with customers via email, text, online chat, and phone.

Ideally, we are looking for applicants:

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills (Bilingual in English and French is mandatory)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to respond to customers in a timely manner
  • Flexibility to work 38.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday and some weekends
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
