Recruiter for Skilled Trades, Manufacturing, Industrial Positions

We boast over 4,000 clients and growing and we are seeking a recruiter to help us with our current orders. We provide you with all your orders to fill – you just need to recruit. We have clients from nearly every industry, with the focus of our recruitment on skilled trades, engineers, sales, truck drivers, electricians, operations, management, and manufacturing.

Your role:

You will be sourcing, screening and working directly with our clients to fill their orders. With the full support of our organization, you will have to be actively finding the best candidates and screening to find the best fit for our clients. Our clients consistently come back to us for their recruiting needs due to us providing them with quality candidates each time – we don’t need you to find just anyone, we need you to find the BEST candidates.

What’s in it for you:

We offer a competitive base + commission structure with no cap on commission. We offer 14 days vacation to start then 19 after 3 years. Our primary form of business is selling job postings through our connected network of thousands of job boards. From this line of business we already have an “in” with HR and hiring managers, so as a result getting job orders is not a problem – filling the excess orders we have right now is!

Must haves:

• Previous experience in recruitment and headhunting
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to source the best candidates
• Experience working directly with your clients

• The ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent customer service skills
