Warehouse Operations & Inventory Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operations & Inventory Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by managing inventory, coordinating shipments and appointments, and taking on various warehouse duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel (e.g., creating and understanding formulas).
• Perform accurate inventory checks and maintain records.
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) efficiently to support daily tasks.
• Create and manage shipping and receiving appointments.
• Contribute to warehouse operations and perform various duties as required.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the warehouse operates at maximum efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Experience in warehouse operations is preferred.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an asset.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to adapt and take on diverse tasks in the warehouse.
• Ability to work 30-44 hours per week, with overtime as needed.

Compensation:

• Starting wage: $20.00 CAD per hour.
