Qualifications:

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong collaborative, problem solving, and analytical skills
• Experience in the multi-family or commercial industry
• Strong theoretical knowledge of the plumbing industry

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand and power tools
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate installation
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot plumbing issues, applying mechanical knowledge
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members to provide excellent service
• Adhere to safety protocols while lifting heavy materials and working in various environments
• Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines and maintain organizational standards
• Promote and maintain awareness and compliance of Health and Safety in accordance with company and industry standards
