Sales Representative / Account Manager - Entrepreneurial

We are looking for a highly motivated Entrepreneurial Sales Person to join our growing team.

We are in the fast paced recruiting and hiring industry. We help companies hire all across Canada and the United States. Any given day there are 500,000 jobs advertised in Canada and 7 million in the US.
The position evolves over time. You begin by calling hiring managers of companies advertising open jobs. Your lead source is any company hiring in North America. You strike up a conversation leading to the explanation of our different services, focusing on the best services for the client. Have them buy online or send them an agreement for signing.
Build on the relationship over time, moving to larger and more advanced programs. Companies are always hiring. We offer monthly and annual programs as well as transactional sales. 90% of our sales are quick cycle sales meaning you can call them today about an job opening they have and sell them on the call.
You are running your business within our business earning a major share of the revenue.
After 1 year, and having built a client base of 25+ companies, you can be earning $200K plus annually.
If you are looking for a big salary, this is not it. If you are looking to be earning $100K plus, the freedom to work from home on your schedule, with your rewards directly tied to your hard work and performance with unlimited commission and income, this may be it.
Responsibilities:
- Seek, identify, follow up and close sales
- Source new sales opportunities of companies hiring
- Contact hiring companies key people usually hiring managers, Talent Acquisition Managers, VP's and Owners.
- Strike up a conversation
- Explain our services and target the ones most interesting to the client
- Book appointments/meetings for sales presentations via Zoom or Teams meetings
- Continue to follow up and close
- Get agreements signed
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Make Sales that benefit the client, you, and the company
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous B2B sales experience
- Skilled in outbound calling
- Recruiting, Advertising, Job Posting, ATS or similar sales experience an asset
- CRM experience is an asset
- The desire to succeed in a competitive environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service approach
- Adaptable problem-solver and team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Ability to negotiate, prepare pricing and close deals
- Manage all your clients, follow up with them, keep them satisfied so they are continous ongoing clients.
