Mobile Crane Operator – Taxi Crane Operations

We are seeking a full-time Mobile Crane Operator to join our team supporting taxi crane operations from our Grovedale, Alberta location.

This is a permanent, long-term opportunity with a dynamic and growing crane company. We are looking for experienced, dependable operators who take pride in their equipment, their work, and the service they provide to our customers.

Preference will be given to applicants with experience operating picker trucks and Liebherr All Terrain cranes, including experience with tandem-tandem and tandem-tridem dollies.

Applicants must be able to travel and work out of town as required. The position may also occasionally require driving truck in support of crane operations.

Requirements

• Interprovincial Red Seal Journeyman Mobile Crane Operator certification

• Experienced apprentices may also be considered based on experience and suitability

• Valid Class 1 or Class 3 Driver’s License with Air Brake endorsement

• Commercial driving experience

• Must be local to the Grande Prairie area or able to travel

• Able to travel and work out of town when required

Working Conditions

• Full-time, permanent position

• Taxi crane operations with varying daily work assignments

• Overtime as required

• Out-of-town and remote work may be required

• Occasional truck driving in support of crane operations
