Recruitment and HR Industry Sales - Remote

Philadelphia, PA

We are seeking a remote inside sales representative selling recruiting solutions to mid and large size companies across North America. You will be working from your home office. This is a commission based position.
It would be preferable if you had past sales experience in recruitment, ATS or job postings however we will train the right individual on the product and industry knowledge.

We provide our clients with job posting distribution and recruiting services all across North America. We are a leader in the talent acquisition industry and have over 4,000 clients across North America.

You will be calling on companies and organizations of all sizes. Your contacts will be Corporate Recruiters, HR Managers, Directors of Recruitment, VP of Recruitment, VP of Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers, Department Managers, Owners, VP's and Presidents.

You will be selling

Job postings individually, in packages and in monthly contacted programs.
Recruiting services - Perm Placement recruitment only
Applicant Tracking System - SaaS in the HR/Recruitment industry

You will log into our Online CRM daily where you will manage your prospects, leads and clients and where you will make your calls from. We provide all the back end support for you (software, CRM, phone extension etc) - all you need is a computer, internet connection and a phone.

This is a very rewarding career for the right sales individual. It is an $87 Billion dollar a year industry and it is competitive. You need to be smart, quick thinking, think out of the box, be able to develop solutions and be able to show and tell, then be persuasive in closing the sale and getting the agreements signed.
